From 2008 I was a consultant Headteacher for the QCDA during the Rose Review of the Primary Curriculum, and later worked for the QCDA as the Regional Adviser for the East Midlands. More recently I have been an adviser for EdisonLearning, working with schools across England leading NAHT Aspire and DfE TLIF programmes to networks of schools. I have also developed significant experience in working with MATs to design and implement trust wide school improvement. I have a proven track record in writing useful and effective school improvement programmes and resources. I love what I do.

I believe in developing strong and trusting relationships with colleagues, listening to their needs, challening their thinking, and providing them with the right blend of coaching, mentoring, advice and support. I really do believe that everyone in our fantastic profession wants to empower the children in their care to be amazing. Sometimes, you just need to work with someone from outside your organisation to create the time and space to see the wood from the trees, and to plan properly for the future.
