School Improvement Programmes ensure that well researched systems and ideas can be developed, nurtured and deeply embedded into the culture of your school. The School Improvement Programmes are intended for working together in long term partnerships to develop strategies, systems and processes that embed long term sustainable change. Programmes involve a blend of direct face to face support in your school and interim remote coaching and support.
I have extensive experience in supporting schools, networks and Multi Academy Trust groups in implementing School Improvement Programmes. Whilst each programme has a distinct focus and combination of support, they really come to life when we spend time understanding the specific context of the school, or group of schools and adapt the programme to specifically meet your needs. Many schools find it really useful to undertake an School Review ahead of the Programme, or to include the Review within the programme itself.
