When everyone has a truly honest understanding of how their work together achieves great results, they can truly plan for achieving more.

My belief in these three truths drives my passion for supporting schools to undertake honest, frank and deep rooted reviews. Working in partnership with individual schools, networked groups and MATs, I facilitate conversations and activities that will enable each school to create an honest evaluation of today’s effectiveness, and to plan for an even brighter future. I like to think of facilitated reviews as an antidote to a "mocksted", and I am confident that the outcome will be developmental and inspiring.

I support schools and MATs to undertake detailed evaluative reviews of school effectiveness. Together with a couple of other independent consultants we have written a powerful resource to support school reviews called the Four Threads for School Improvement. Using this straightforward philosophy I will work in partnership with your school or trust, focused on the effectiveness of Leadership, Learning and Teaching, Curriculum and Success for All.

By working together, and using my experience, you will be able to understand your school even more deeply. Most importantly, during the review we will be working together to understand what to celebrate, and to try and identify solutions to any development points that arise.

Our work together would very much be the antidote to "mocksted" and inspection.
