Developing Structures to Improve Accountability Programme

Who is the programme suitable for?

The programme is suitable for individual schools, groups and federations of schools, and groups of schools within MATs. It is anticipated that a range of leaders (both senior and middle) would participate in the programme.

What is the programme structure?

• Delivered across two phases (usually school terms).
• 1 face to face support day provided in school per phase.*
• Up to 7 hours of interim remote support per phase, provided through video conferencing.

*During the COVID pandemic face to face training may delivered through online video conferecing, and in school support days may also be delivered through online meetings in negotiation with the individual schools and suitable risk assessment.
