This service is a face to face coaching and mentoring offer. I will work in school with you to provide coaching and mentoring sessions for up to 7 members of staff plus a summary of any key themes for a member of the leadership team.
I provide a summary of the conversation and actions agreed for the colleague who I am coaching.
